Leaf Education
LEAF Education has created classroom resources across all key stages and subjects to help teachers deliver high quality learning about food, farming and the countryside.

School Farms Network
The FCFCG helped set up and co-ordinate the School Farms Network, which offers support and assistance to school farms, co-ordinates meetings and facilitates the exchange of ideas and information, including peer teacher support. They work with teachers and parents in existing school farms, as well as those wishing to start a new school farm, including finding a mentor and signposting to specialists.

Farms for City Children
Founded by Clare and Michael Morpurgo in 1976, Farms for City Children aims to expand the horizons of urban children by offering them a week in the countryside living and working together on a farm.

The Country Trust
The Country Trust selects primary schools from disadvantaged areas of towns and cities to visit working farms and other countryside "hosts" who can offer a stimulating glimpse of life in the country. They work with schools in more than 100 towns and cities throughout England and Wales.

National Federation of Young Farmers Club
National Federation of Young Farmers Club is one of the largest rural youth organisations in the UK dedicated to young people who have a love for agriculture and rural life. Members can be aged between 10 and 26 years and don’t need to have any previous knowledge of farming

Food for Life
Food for Life has a national database of organic farms to visit so you can find out first hand about a farming system that works in harmony with nature. They also offer useful teaching resources to make the most of a farm visit and a telephone advice line.

Visit my Farm
Visit my Farm is an information hub set up by FACE and LEAF for farmers hosting school visits and for teachers arranging school visits to farms. Find a farm near your school, plan your visit and access resources for follow up classroom learning.

Open Farm Sunday
Open Farm Sunday is a fantastic opportunity for everyone, young and old to enjoy the living, vibrant countryside.
