Three new products for the Belazu Ingredient Company
We’ll soon be seeing three new products in the Belazu range thanks to three very enterprising local schools.
Students from six Ealing secondary schools pitched eight new pastes and sauces to the Belazu team as part of our Fresh Enterprise programme. The judging panel, made up of Belazu’s Managing Director, Development Chef, Food Technician, Marketing Manager and Commercial Director, tasted all eight offerings and grilled the students on ingredients and marketing strategies. Students from Bishop Ramsey, Northolt and Whitefield high schools were crowned the winners and their creations will be put into production later this year.
