Students enjoy 'virtual' cooking masterclass

Children from our member school, John Ruskin Primary, were treated to a masterclass in gnocchi making today with Italian chef Vicky Veltry.

In our first ever 'virtual' Cooking Ideas session, pasta extroadinaire Vicky, taught the students how to make potato gnocchi from stratch and whip up a delicious sauce to enjoy with it.
