Schools to Market gets cooking!
Our master classes in the art of jam and chutney making got off to a flying start with the team at Whole Foods stirring up some jammy treats at St Thomas More Language College in Chelsea.
Local primary schools joined year 7s to learn how to knock up a quick strawberry jam using a magic ingredient - chia seeds. The children loved watching the chia turn from seed to sticky jamminess to make a delicious jam without sugar!
