National School Meals Week 2018
This year marks the 25th anniversary of LACA's National School Meals (NSMW) week and there has never been a better time to celebrate everything great about school food.
Taking place from 12-16 November, among the highlights of this year’s celebration will be #cookeditmyselfie, in which caterers, teachers, parents or suppliers are encouraged to post photos of their school meals on Twitter.
On Wednesday 14th, Food for Life's Roast Dinner Day will see schools and nurseries across the country serving a freshly prepared, locally sourced roast dinner to parents, grandparents and the local community celebrating the amazing work schools cooks and caterers do.
Head over to the National School Meals Week website to access plenty of resources to help celebrate and get involved on Facebook and Twitter using #schoolmealshoutout.
