Joining Jamie for a Food Fight!

20 December 2018

Don't forget to tune in to Channel 4 for Friday Night Feast on Friday 21 December at 8pm when we'll be talking with Jamie and Jimmy about the proposed healthy rating scheme for schools.

At SFM we believe that it's time for the government to honour its commitment to launch a healthy rating scheme for schools, designed to celebrate the great efforts of some schools and encourage those yet to get involved. The scheme, proposed in the Childhood Obesity Plan in 2016, would be used by Ofsted as evidence to demonstrate how schools support children to keep themselves healthy. Sounds like a good idea to us so we're delighted that Jamie O will be shining a great big light on the issue on Friday Night Feast. Tune in to find out more and if you like what you hear, tweet Secretary of State for Education, Damian Hinds:

.@DamianHinds, our schools want a healthy rating scheme to celebrate what they’re doing to keep kids healthy #healthyschools
