HARVEST SALE AT BOROUGH MARKET
Our Young Marketeers are heading down to Borough Market on Wednesday 2nd October to sell their school-grown veg at the Harvest Sale and raise money for FareShare.
The market day celebrates the hard work of all the students involved in the Young Marketeers programme. Students from 12 schools will be selling autumnal fruit and veg that they have grown in their school gardens, and all proceeds will be going to FareShare, with every £ raised = 4 meals for vulnerable families.
The students will be ringing the bell at Borough Market at 11am to signal the start of the selling so make sure you get down early to snap up some healthy treats. Also look out for the fun pumpkin game that will be taking place!
