Funding for holiday food and fun programmes

3 April 2018

Good news. The government has announced £2m new funding for organisations to research ways of supporting disadvantaged families during the 2018 summer holidays.

The Holiday Activities and Food Research Fund will go toward exploring how best to help the most disadvantaged children benefit from healthy meals and enriching activities.  Organisations are invited to bid for funding to support the delivery of free enrichment activities and healthy food to disadvantaged children during the 2018 summer holidays. But be quick! The fund has a very tight deadline and applications need to be in by midnight on 18 April.  You'll find the details you need here.
