Childhood Trust
The Childhood Trust is a fundraising and grant making charity. The trust works with grassroots charities to help alleviate the impact of child poverty in London. This includes breakfast clubs and the provision of meals outside the school term, helping to address the issue of hunger and social isolation.
Kitchen Social
Kitchen Social brings together community groups, boroughs, businesses, foundations, charities and individuals to ensure the city’s young people do not go hungry or feel alone over the school holidays. They are aiming to set up 330 hubs by end of 2020 and have set about fundraising to support projects. They are also offering free training to London Projects who sign up to be a hub.

The Akshaya Patra Foundation UK
The Akshaya Patra Foundation runs a Beat the Hunger Programme in the UK, which focuses on providing food for rough sleepers and school children vulnerable to food insecurity over the school holidays. They address holiday hunger by tying up with holiday clubs to provide nutritionally balanced, freshly cooked meals for children during Christmas, Easter and the summer breaks.
