Gardening sessions
A two-hour hands-on session with an experienced gardener, focusing on fascinating topics such as edible flowers and companion planting or growing flowers for bees. Over the summer and autumn terms, we’ll be delivering sessions exclusively to our members on a first come first served basis.
Cooking with Confidence sessions
These two-hour sessions, designed for primary schools, are a brilliant way to get your teaching staff skilled up and ready to deliver cooking classes. Our fabulous food teacher Sharon will be running sessions in the autumn term - only available to members.
Workshops and assemblies
We can offer our member schools one special food topic workshop a year held by our food experts. These explore topics such as sustainable living, healthy eating or climate change, enriching the curriculum. For year 5 and 6 and secondary schools only.
Food policy and food education advice
Do you have questions about improving the food served at your school? Our team of experts can help you develop a school food policy, give advice on writing a food specification to ensure you get the very best school food service and help you deliver engaging food education classes.
